Your account
Google sign-in supplies an identifier, your name, email address and available profile photo. This information enables sign-in and protects access to your games.
Your campaigns
Configurations, uploaded files, runs, scores, consent records and prizes are stored to operate campaigns. Authorized company members access data according to their role. Files used by a published edition become accessible with the game.
Participants
The organizer presents the rules and data uses before entry. The leaderboard shows a nickname and score; email and consent records stay private. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Cookies and storage
Sign-in and security cookies are needed for the service. The browser also stores drafts and recovery checkpoints. The Builder does not activate Google Analytics. Fonts may load from Google Fonts.
Data requests
Trial expiry closes participation without immediately deleting results. Contact Code Crush to request access, correction or deletion of your account data. For competition data, also contact its organizer. The retention policy and full operator details will be specified before commercial opening.
